Nithyananda Yoga University received grant from Jefferson Memorial Community Foundation for our services and dedication in serving the community by offering yoga and meditation classes for better health and well being of the local people in Jefferson County, state of Missouri.

Inner Awakening
Inner Awakening is a 21-day spiritual transformation program through yoga at all levels of body and mind. Deriving various techniques and processes from the Vedic scriptures and teachings like Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga and Gheranda Samhita to name a few. Own a Home
Nithyananda Yoga University received funding from Own a Home (Real Estate Experts Serving New York and Florida since 1991) for travel study of full time volunteers to Cambodia on a yoga and spirtual retreat.
